Key10 Lettings is owned and managed by Karl and the team. Karl has been managing Portsmouth Accommodation for 30 years now! Karl graduated from Portsmouth University with a Business Degree and is a qualified Accountant. Every property we manage has the same High Service Standards.

We know that tenants want a hassle-free service, where queries are responded to immediately and any repairs carried out efficiently.

• We have a great Maintenance Team who will handle any snags or major repairs.
• We have a 24-hour emergency repair service to handle any out-of-office hour emergencies.
• We do answer the Phone and Emails on time and have a great team to look after you, we set up a house maintenance WhatsApp group, so any maintenance issues are dealt with as soon as possible.
• We visit the properties on a regular basis, this helps us make sure all problems are sorted and the property is kept in good condition for your use.
