We know that tenants want a hassle-free service, where queries are responded to immediately and any repairs carried out efficiently.

We have a great Maintenance Team who will handle any snags or major repairs.
We have a 24-hour emergency repair service to handle any out-of-office hour emergencies.
We answer the Phone and Emails on time and have a great team to look after you, we set up a house maintenance WhatsApp group to make it easy to report any issues with photos, so any maintenance issues are dealt with as soon as possible.
We visit the properties on a regular basis, this helps us make sure all problems are sorted and the property is kept in good condition with proactive improvement.

Just wanted to say thank you for being a great landlord over the last two years. I have enjoyed living in Portsmouth over the last 2 years and your houses have played a big part in that. I have had some bad landlords before and it’s refreshing to find that there are still people out there who aren’t just out to screw over students with poor quality housing.
