We love that you are so prompt and thorough in dealing with anything that comes up. We also appreciate that you are proactive: It’s difficult to keep the properties in good shape when there are tenants in place, and you are always trying to keep ahead of things, for example when planning the Summer works in student houses way ahead of summer. We do like you checking bigger items with us, but we also know we can trust your judgement if we are not available or you have to deal with something urgently.

Being able to leave the houses in your care has made a huge difference to us. Your approach is all-encompassing, which helps us to relax. At last, after many years of managing the properties ourselves, we are actually able to take time out and know that you can deal with things for us.
