Key10 Lettings is an independent small rental agency located in Portsmouth, providing Quality Accommodation and Property Management.
It all started a long time ago ……Karl (owner and director) bought his first property and rented it out to students while studying for his Business Degree in Portsmouth in 1987.
He achieved his Business Degree and went on to qualify as a Chartered Management Accountant working for a number of large financial companies.
Whilst working he built up a personal portfolio of 15 Portsmouth student properties.
Key 10 Lettings has been set up in order to manage these houses and provide the same top-quality service to other Portsmouth Landlords.

Masters graduate from Portsmouth University. Worked in insurance before joining us to pursue her passion in property.
