Our Story

Hub Club Homes Lettings has grown through years of experience in the Portsmouth rental market. Today, the business is led by Joe Laming, who brings a modern, hands-on approach to property management with an unwavering focus on professionalism and quality.

Joe took over the company after several years working within the local property market. With a First-Class Honours Degree in Business and Management from the University of Portsmouth and a strong background in property renovation and management across Portsmouth and Fareham, Joe leads the team with both expertise and enthusiasm.

Joe Laming

Owner & Director

With extensive experience within the property & rental sector both personally and professionally, Joe has a proven track record of success. A University of Portsmouth graduate with a First Class Honours in Business & Management, has helped him to grow and develop the company, with tenant growth rates of 120% over a short period of time. Joe has been managing the company now for over 4 years from a property management position and recently purchased the company with aims to expand the company even further, whilst still providing a hands on, personal approach to all Landlords & Tenants.

Sara Fialova

Property Manager

Sara has been with the company for 2+ years, and is also a fellow Graduate of the University of Portsmouth with a Master’s Degree. With a warm and friendly approach, Sara deals with the day to day operations of the company no matter how big or small the task may be. She has vast experience in all aspects of the business as she proactively completes urgent tasks from Joe work load, so as you can imagine she is pretty busy and skilled!

Jade Dunn

Creative Director

Having built her own successful business on social media, Jade has a passion for elevating brand identity. She believes the culture of Hub Club Homes and the personalities of our team should naturally radiate into all aspects of our business, especially across our online platforms! Jade manages all aspects of brand design, content creation, oversees all digital & physical marketing to ensure the company ethos is reflected.
