Just wanted to say thank you for being a great landlord over the last two years. I have enjoyed living in Portsmouth over the last 2 years and your houses have played a big part in that. I have had some bad landlords before and it’s refreshing to find that there are still people out there who aren’t just out to screw over students with poor quality housing.

I dropped some of my stuff off at the house yesterday evening and firstly the renovations look amazing and I am so happy we have chosen the house, it seems so much brighter and better than when we viewed it. Thank you so much you’ve done a great job.
